Video: Here’s a monster blindside hit from the Finnish Liiga

When Joe Finley was unable to secure a job in the NHL and decided to take his talents abroad, it seemed pretty likely that he’d fade into hockey obscurity. Finley joined HIFK in the Finnish Liiga prior to 2016-17 and he got the hockey community buzzing for a monster blindside hit on Michel Miklík.

Report: IIHF looking at ways to get rid of a medal-deciding shootouts
