J.T. Miller thought he had an easy goal after the puck hit off the post and deflected directly to him. Karri Ramo was way out of position and the net was open and inviting. Miller snapped the shot … only to be denied by Ramo’s mitt.

When a player falls to his knees, that normally results in the loss of possession. Mikael Granlund doesn’t abide by that rule and was able to keep the puck away from three different Stars. Incredible display of skill by Granlund. (H/T Reddit Hockey)

Niklas Kronwall scored in overtime to give the Red Wings a 7-6 victory over the Stars. Emotions were running pretty high in a game which featured an unusual 7-6 scoreline and Kari Lehtonen was pretty upset after Kronwall ended things in OT. First, Kronwall’s goal: …and Lehtonen’s reaction.
