Video: Watch the Blues look helpless for 16 seconds with their goalie pulled

Pulling the goalie is the last move by a desperate hockey team. It signals a time to rally the troops and give your best effort to try and salvage the game. The St. Louis Blues missed that memo and may have turned in a strong example on how not to play with the net empty.

Things to watch for:

– Alex Pietrangelo’s battery dying.
– All six Blues standing and watching a Sharks skater pick up a loose puck.
– Vladimir Tarasenko playing goalie. (Hey, at least he’s doing something?)

That’s just unbelievable. Keep in mind this is in Game 5 in front of a home crowd.
