I wrote the other day that we may never see Joseph Blandisi’s name on this site again after his great between-the-legs goal. This time he is making the news for less than stellar reasons. His embellishment could have been seen from anywhere on the East coast.
I am sure that the slash hurt some, but it shouldn’t have warranted the reaction that it got. Unfortunately, it looks like he missed the deadline for the Golden Globes this year but he may just qualify next year. For now though, he is going to be receiving a call from player safety about an embellishment fine.
