Fresh off Brandon Dubinsky cross-checking Sidney Crosby in the neck, Johnny Oduya provided another example of the type of plays the league needs to crack down on by cross-checking Zach Parise in the back of the head.
The first check is fine, but the second into Parise’s head while he is down on the ice is way over the line. Oduya received a minor penalty on the play, but the NHL really needs to crack down on these incidents.
