Hockey is a rough and tough sport. It doesn’t matter when or where – if you aren’t careful, there is a strong chance that you can get hurt.
In the case of Jason Zucker, he took a hit from Michal Rozsival and was unable to protect his head from hitting the ice.
Rozsival got a game misconduct for this hit. It didn’t look that bad with the initial hit, but the aftermath of it was quite scary. Hopefully Zucker is able to come back healthy as the Wild try to make a push for the playoffs.
