Rangers forward Chris Kreider received a five-minute major and a game misconduct after boarding Jonas Brodin. It appeared that Brodin slowed up near the line, but Kreider drove through the Wild defenseman and sent him dangerously into the boards.
It’s pretty interesting to hear the officials discussing the hit and ultimately deciding to toss Kreider.
