Video: Carolina Hurricanes’ broadcast obsesses over an empty chair

The Carolina Hurricanes are bringing up the rear in the Eastern Conference and as a result the team’s broadcast hasn’t had too much to talk about. When the Hurricanes hosted the New Jersey Devils, the broadcast obsessed over an empty chair sitting near the New Jersey bench. They discussed at length who has been sitting in it and there was even a special “Empty Chair” and “Occupied Chair” graphics to go along with their conversation.
