The Philadelphia Flyers were trying to force Game 5 with a win in Game 4, but they had to battle their frustrations with the series as much as they had to battle the Washington Capitals. Brayden Schenn’s anger got the best of him as he cross-checked Evgeny Kuznetsov in the back of the knee after the whistle.

Kuznetsov shrugs it off, but that’s a pretty blatant attempt to injure. The NHL has a laundry list of items they need to remove from the game and this type of play needs to be pretty high up on the list.
