Shawn Thornton skates in Panthers gear at Bruins practice

Here’s a preview of what it will look like when Shawn Thornton officially takes the ice for the Florida Panthers this season. Thornton joined a handful of Bruins for a practice session, sporting his new uniform. These scenes are pretty common heading into camp as players participate in whichever practice is closest to them, but it’s still a bit odd seeing Thornton with his old teammates and a new uniform.
