Patrick Kaleta dropping the mitts and engaging in a fight is a pretty common occurrence, but it’s not often you see a guy punch himself in the face. The weirdest part is that the punch to the face looked intentional, as if Kaleta is pumping himself up while the fight was going on. He may have been trying to adjust some equipment and got a little carried.
Bizarre.
