James van Riemsdyk was battling for the puck along the boards when his glove popped off. Dustin Byfuglien saw the glove in the middle of the ice and instead of ignoring it or casting it aside, he shoveled it along and into his own goal. The look of confusion on JVR’s face really says it all.
