Video: Anton Stralman fractures fibula after slew foot

Anton Stralman is out for the remainder of the season after suffering a fractured fibula following a slew foot from Anders Lee. Stralman’s left leg crumpled up under his body after his skate was kicked out from under him by Lee. Should the Department of Player Safety punish Lee on this play?
