The preseason is over and done with, but that doesn’t mean that the memories have to go along with it. Kevin Bieksa made sure he wasn’t going to be forgotten anytime soon and brought some life to the end of the preseason schedule by pranking his teammates – and the Coyotes.
On his off night Bieksa dressed up as an ice crew member and caused havoc all over the ice.
One of the best parts of the whole video is Bieksa constantly running into the players on the ice. I’m surprised no one tried to smack him.
It also produced an all-time quote: “Beep, beep Coyotes! Beep, beep!”
Why that hasn’t been used before, I’ll never know. Bieksa will be on the ice in a more formal role soon, but if he ever wants to give it up, he may have another gig ready for him.
