Tampa Bay forward J.T. Brown wasn’t too happy after being ejected against the Nashville Predators on Monday night. Following a brawl with Nashville’s Ryan Ellis, Brown was escorted off the ice by an official. He barked at Nashville’s bench before knocking the phone out of the hands of a Predators fan.

The fan reportedly won’t be pursuing legal action, but he has said he’d appreciate a new phone. As far as any disciplinary action from the Lightning or the NHL, the only official statement is that Tampa Bay is aware of the situation.
Email from Bolts PR says the club is aware of the J.T. Brown phone smashing incident from last night.
