Auston Matthews has taken the NHL by storm. His four-goal debut led to a mad rush by Maple Leafs fans and hockey fans around the world to try and buy anything with the rookies name on it. All of that buzz has made Matthews’ sweater the best-selling in the NHL and one tough item to find.

Fanatics may not represent the league’s official jersey sale numbers, but they’re probably a pretty close representation.
Additional proof can be found in the fact Toronto’s team store couldn’t keep up with the demand.
