A brutal look at Martin Havlat’s face injury

Martin Havlat suffered a brutal injury when the New Jersey Devils battled the Washington Capitals last week. Jason Chimera drove Havlat into both the official and the boards, resulting in some pretty nasty lacerations on Havlat’s face.

NBC asks if hockey has a place in the NHL

Here’s a pretty epic social media blunder. During its Wednesday Rivalry Night, NBC debated the merits of fighting in the sport of hockey. They intended to poll their Twitter followers, but accidentally botched the question in the most hilarious way. We think that yes, hockey does still have a place in the National Hockey League.
