You may know Dalton Prout from incidents such as Milan Lucic getting knocked out or maybe you know him from his cross check frenzy on Sergei Plotnikov. Either way you know that Prout is one bad man and can take anyone out in a moment’s notice. Unfortunately in this case he took it a little bit too far and sucker punched the Lightning’s Nikita Kucherov.
From that angle it doesn’t look all too bad, but nonetheless Prout will be getting a hearing from player safety. I wouldn’t be surprised if he faces a suspension, especially with his borderline incidents.
