Monday was a special night for all of St. Louis as they finally got over the hump and defeated the Chicago Blackhawks. The night was especially great for one person in particular who fell in love with hockey right on the spot.
His name is Tony X. and he has a lot of thoughts about hockey. Fans of the game quickly found his account and rallied around him, surging his follower count to over 10,000 strong by the middle of Tuesday.
UPDATE: The St. Louis Blues reached out and invited Tony to his first ever game when the Blues host the Dallas Stars in Game 3.

I have been writing about hockey going on 2+ years now and I still can’t fully explain a power play. God speed Tony.

— Tony X (@soIoucity) April 26, 2016
If the Mighty Ducks isn’t where you draw all of your knowledge from then you messed up.

I love that almost immediately he gets a large portion of the game already.
Honestly why wouldn't the whole team just stand in front of the net for the last minuteπππ
— Tony X (@soIoucity) April 26, 2016

After finding out about another sport, naturally you have to immerse yourself in it all. Video games are the next natural step.

Dismissing the Penguins? He is already like 95% of all other hockey fans. He is quickly getting the hang of this.

— Tony X (@soIoucity) April 26, 2016
An awesome mistake to make. I am glad we were able to reap the rewards.

Tony was asked whether or not he would live tweet Predators and Ducks. It sounds like he will continue this live tweeting tradition until the Blues are eliminated.
The Blues reached out, inviting Tony to his first game.
