There was a frightening moment in the SPHL game between the Huntsville Havoc and the Peoria Rivermen when Justin Cseter of the Havoc suffered a severe cut to his leg from a skate blade. The cut appeared to happen above the knee and was so severe a tourniquet had to be fashioned with a hockey stick. There was reportedly so much blood on the ice that a fan in the stands fainted.
