Patrick Kane has played with some truly amazing hockey players over the course of his career. So, who is the best player Kane thinks he has ever skated with? Is it Jonathan Toews, Marian Hossa or someone else on the Chicago Blackhawks?
Nope. The answer is Toronto's Phil Kessel.
Patrick Kane calls Phil Kessel "probably the best guy I've ever played with. He's unbelievable."

That's a brave statement and it's one some people aren't happy with.
We've seen plenty of Olympic players complementing teammates who are employed by other NHL clubs, but Kane's comment was a bit more direct and blunt. It's not often you hear someone actually answer the "who is the best player you've played with?" question and it's even more surprising to hear an active player named who isn't a current NHL teammate.
While Kane's brutal honesty was refreshing, not everyone was a fan.
#Blackhawks' Sharp on Kane saying Kessel is best guy he's played with: "He obviously forgot who he plays with back home in Chicago."

Sounds like Sharp is taking this personally. This should make for an interesting return to the Chicago dressing room.
