Czech World Juniors goalie has a sieve on his mask

Either Czech Republic goaltender Daniel Dolejs has a wicked sense of humor, or he is one hell of a cook:

 

 

If you look very closely at the top of his mask, you can see a sieve. It'd be easy to make a "ha ha he played like one today" joke, but he made 28 saves as the United States won 5-1. I have a feeling he wasn't the part of the team playing like a sieve.
