The Carolina Hurricanes will unveil new home and road uniforms for the 2013-14 season on June 4th, as reported by WNCN. Leading up to the June 4th announcement the team will tease the new uniforms on their various social media accounts.
The team reports that they won't be abandoning the black, red and white color scheme we're all familiar with, but they are aiming to give the team a new look both at home and on the road by altering the sweater, pants and socks. Get ready to say so long to the look we've grown accustomed to seeing over the past 15 years (has it really been that long? Wow).
The choice of unveiling the new uniforms on June 4th is an interesting one as it's the same day the Dallas Stars will unveil their new uniforms and logo.
