Here’s a fun moment from the Young Stars Classic. We already saw a big hit and a crazy fight, but now we have a funny moment courtesy of Jared McCann. With the Canucks and Jets tied at zero, Vancouver’s McCann streaked down the right side and snapped in a goal from just inside the circle. The goal was nice, but the real highlight was the celebration.
McCann hugged/celebrated with the first person he saw. Unfortunately, that person was the referee.
Who doesn’t love a goal which pops the water bottle? Beautiful. It’s safe to assume McCann’s teammates probably had a lot of jokes about his choice of celebration, however.
