Sharks fan Sam Tageson has a pretty cool story to tell friends and family. The 18 year old has had a heart condition since birth, so the Sharks Foundation and the Make-a-Wish Foundation helped him live his dream: to be a member of the San Jose Sharks. He was signed to a one-day contract, took in a skate with the team, got to make a trip through the giant shark head out onto the ice, and he was on the bench with the team to start the game.
If this doesn’t bring a tear to your eye, I don’t know what will.
