When Robby Fabbri asked the larger Josh Gorges to fight during Tuesday’s Blues-Sabres matchup, Gorges wondered if he was serious.
Speaking with NHL.com’s Lou Korac, Fabbri said he surprised Gorges by asking him to drop the mitts.
Fabbri: "I asked him, and the funny part was I went up to him again and he was like, 'Are you serious?' I'm like, 'Well yeah, kind of."

Fabbri didn’t fair so well.
But, the Blues ended up winning 4-1 and Fabbri scored, so I think he’s cool with taking the L in the fight.
