Evander Kane will avoid future courtroom dates for his recent charges if he stays out of trouble for the next six months.
Kane was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass, non-criminal disorderly conduct and four counts of non-criminal harassment after three women claimed Kane grabbed them at Bottoms Up bar in Buffalo. In court on Monday, the acting DA adjourned Kane’s charges if he stays out of trouble for six months.
“However, acting DA Michael Flaherty says the charges against Kane are still pending, so if Kane gets into any trouble with the law in the next six months he could end right back here in court, reports WGRZ.”

Let’s hope Kane can stay out of trouble and this is the last time we hear his name in relation to the legal system. Kane has sullied his already plummeting reputation with recent developments off the ice.
The 25-year-old isn’t out of the woods, as he’s got six months to stay on the straight and narrow. For the sake of his career, Kane needs to focus on hockey and avoid being accused of bad crimes.
