P.K. Subban and the Montreal Canadiens had a less than amicable split. Subban rubbed some people the wrong way around the Canadiens and subsequently he was traded before his no-move clause kicked in. Subban is also a well known philanthropist giving millions of dollars to the local children’s hospital in Montreal.
His recent gala event was to raise money for his foundation which supports the Montreal Children’s Hospital foundation. Naturally, a few jokes were had at the Canadiens’ expense.
Here’s a few of our favorites.
#subban "over the years people in montreal embraced me with open arms & those who didn't. Well those are the people who traded me" #JFL

Subban may have ruffled some feathers, but his jokes and the event helped raise money for a great cause.
