Shayne Gostisbehere is one of the biggest stories in the NHL this year, but some players won’t stop at anything to limit what he can do on the ice. Jason Chimera apparently wanted to be one of the first Capitals to get under Gostisbehere’s skin.
Can’t really tell where Chimera hits him, but it doesn’t look too pleasant. To make matters worse for the Flyers, Chimera didn’t get a penalty on the play. This very well could be a preview of the first round matchup that is upcoming for these teams. Hopefully it will be more about play and not interactions like this.
