The 22-year-old was in the midst of his third pro season with Providence. In 27 games as a starter for the baby Bruins this year, he’s posted a 14-8-5 record with a 2.46 GAA and a .911 save percentage.
Thankfully the injury, while horrible and not something I’d want anybody to experience, wasn’t worse. Hopefully he makes a speedy recovery.
