It’s no secret at all that the rumors surrounding the Toronto Maple Leafs and Steven Stamkos need little or no help to formulate. A lot of the rumors thus far have been pretty thin, but Stamkos gave the hockey world a little something to chew on thanks to Twitter.

Stamkos said that the like of the Tweet was a complete accident. Who hasn’t favorited a tweet accidentally? But that doesn’t matter to fans around the NHL.
When you "accidentally" like a tweet about coming to Toronto, I don't know how thats possible. Stamkos liked it 3 times. He's a leaf soon

The top story of TSN is Stamkos liking a tweet about him going to Toronto. This is as pathetic of a story as I've ever heard.

So, troll job or not, Stamkos's decision to like a tweet about whether or not Toronto should try and acquire him was highly unprofessional.

It doesn’t matter if you are a fan or a writer, everyone had an opinion on the situation. Maybe, just maybe, Stamkos should take up another hobby. What about knitting? He can work on his hands and get some literal silky mitts in the process. If he takes up this hobby, remember where you heard it here first.
