Welcome to Puck Drunk Love’s hockey tweets of the week, where we gather up all of the best tweets from the past week from players, writers, fans, and anybody else who loves hockey.
Regrettably, the week started with the horrific terrorist attacks in Paris. Players tweeted their heartbreak:

Sometimes I just don't understand this world we live in. Cherish life. It's extremely precious! #PrayersForParis

Antoine Roussel of the Stars and Pierre-Edouard Bellemare are the two French born players in the NHL. Roussel tweeted his thoughts mostly in French:
Encore sous le Choc des nouvelles de Paris!!! Toutes mes pensées vont à l endroit des victimes et leur famille!#FranceStrong #ParisAttacks
— Antoine Roussel (@Rous_ant) November 14, 2015
“Still reeling from the news of Paris! All my thoughts go to the location of victims and their families! #FranceStrong #ParisAttacks”

And Bellemare’s tribute:

Jonathan Bernier
James Reimer has been going strong for the Maple Leafs lately. But the backup has to play sometime. And when Jonathan Bernier did play … against the Rangers … it didn’t go quite as planned.

Jonathan Bernier was presumably thinking about his dinner reservations, as is his occasional habit
— Bruce Arthur (@bruce_arthur) November 16, 2015
Or maybe it was a more philosophical conversation Bernier was having with himself …

Bernier: If we “removed” the red line, why is it still there? Really makes you th-
[goal horn]
Bernier: Dammit.— Down Goes Brown (@DownGoesBrown) November 16, 2015
Jonathan Bernier hasn't been the same since Nelson Mandela died.
— Mitch Melnick (@HunterZThompson) November 16, 2015
You know what’s sad, I actually went back and checked what his record was on the day Mandela died just to make sure there wasn’t actually something to this. He was 8-10, and won on December 5th, 2013 … the day Nelson Mandela left us. So, no. (I need to use my time more constructively.)
Matt Beleskey
Matt Beleskey was the prize free agent of the off-season by the Boston Bruins. His start has been, well … slow.
Yo @Matt_Beleskey are you good? I think you have zero goals
— The Original DjHawtDogg®️ (@DJHAWTDOGG) November 18, 2015
Beleskey’s twitter response, however, was quick:
Nope got 2 https://t.co/zZScGsaJAo
— Matt Beleskey (@Matt_Beleskey) November 18, 2015
Well I’m sure Andrew feels better.
The Roberto Luongo Tweet Of The Week
Strombone’s last tweet was on November 2nd. Sigh.
Undeterred, I’m going to run this segment into the ground until Luongo decides he wants to end Twitter once and for all. So I give you a Throwback Thursday style tweet …
When Bobby Lu met Louie the Lock Monster #TBT @strombone1 pic.twitter.com/D7e1l7iOZe
— American Hockey League (@TheAHL) November 19, 2015
And then I give you game action from actual Thursday, where Luongo threw back to when he was 26 instead of 36.
That save deserves a "Louuuuuuuuu." #ANAvsFLAhttps://t.co/HwWhjx4jg8
— NHL (@NHL) November 20, 2015
In the absence of an actual Roberto Luongo tweet, that’ll have to do.
Travis Hamonic
Islanders defenseman Travis Hamonic has requested a trade to Western Canada. Many on twitter mused on what it would take to get Hamonic to their team, and what trades they wouldn’t want to see happen. It led to a very interesting exchange:
The big issue with presuming Garth Snow would accept a deal involving Kris Russell for Hamonic is fans over-valuing Russell here.
Again.

@dlawless9 I'm watching them do it right now.

Hi-yoooooooo.
The Bromance Is Over
One of the most famous Twitter friendships have been between the official accounts of the L.A. Kings and the Columbus Blue Jackets. They created the hashtag #Lumbus, and they’ve run the gamut of ups and downs. It seems that this past week, they’ve hit one of the downs …
@BlueJacketsNHL who's this? New phone
— LA Kings (@LAKings) November 15, 2015
Damn. All the best to hockey’s power couple.
And Finally …
I’m gonna hit you with a little more #TBT, and this one will blow your mind as Teemu Selanne is holding the infant son of then teammate Tie Domi (you millenials know him as Max):

When it’s all said and done, that picture could have 900 goals in it.
