When people talk about college hockey they sometimes lump it into the lesser collegiate sports. In reality it is one of the hidden gems of the sporting world. While major junior hockey is a legitimate option for some, the college route also produces some of the best in the world such as Johnathan Toews, Jack Eichel, Johnny Gaudreau and Jacob Trouba. They have all come through the college ranks and made their impact.

These are two highly ranked and respected teams that are battling and North Dakota was still able to pull it off. The response from the color commentator is the best “I don’t even know if I can tell you where this puck goes player to player.” That was some honesty I wasn’t ready for but I was in complete agreement with him as this dizzying play is one of the best displays of passing this year.
