NHL ref says “You can’t do that” when announcing a penalty

You can't do that, Shawn Horcoff. Caught pulling a player away from the net with his stick, Horcoff was penalized for hooking. However, when the official went to announce the penalty he led off by saying "You can't do that." He then followed up with the usual "Two minutes for hooking," but his intro had fans and announcers laughing.

You could make a decent argument that there wasn't a penalty committed, but we were all thrown off by an NHL official having a sense of humor.
